I'll keep this short and simple. This is one beautiful figure! Very cartoon accurate in bot mode and his front cab in alt mode looks very much like the real 70's-80's Freightliner cabover truck.
Takara Tomy has out done them selfs with this figure and I foresee many repaints and re-releases much like MP-01. Hopefully and Ultra Magnus repaint with full trailer and armour. There are less gimmicks compare to MP-01. Moving mouth plate, light-up Matrix, arm communicators and wheel suspensions are all missing on the new release.
The $250 cost is a lot and may turn people away from this but having him in hand makes him worth every penny!(for me at least) If MP-10 is too much for you now I would wait for the inevitable Hasbro release which we all know is coming.
Nice review and Thanks for the pics ! I can't wait for mine to arrive ! Regarding the Hasbro release, do you think they'll include the trailer, or without like they did with MP-09 Rodimus Prime ? I'm guessing without, but it sure would be nice to get another, cheaper of course, for display in both modes

I highly doubt hasbro will release it with a trailer. I think they'll do something like what they did with Rodimus, replacing the trailer with a smaller accessory.
