Re: Masterpiece Bumblebee 2.0 Fully Revealed at Wonder Festival Japan!
The "action pose" makes him look very goofy. Perhaps, he looks better in regular standing position. He seems to match the cartoon esthetic like a charm.
MP-44, MP-45, all the plus version... I think I need to be more selective for now on. I really like the real car vibe from the mp-10 series, so I will try to stick to this.

Guess this is the new trend take any charater make him "cartoon accurate" from a front veiw and put all the pieces you couldn't hide or engineered into an ugly backpack and charge lots of cash....really seen how lazy hasbro/takara has gotten here both with optimus and now bee ,wonder what's next....

Re: Masterpiece Bumblebee 2.0 Fully Revealed at Wonder Festival Japan!
I can appreciate what they're trying to do. I make custom figures for a hobby and it's not easy to make things perfect. But for the main players, they're having some problems with ingenuity on a few characters. It's eventually going to get REALLY good though. 3rd times always a charm. And who knows. Maybe a KO company will find a way to dramatically improve it

Looks like a lollipop with that giant ugly ass head and keto diet body. Needless to say, I’m out on this one.
I do like the colour better than mp-21 though

Re: Masterpiece Bumblebee 2.0 Fully Revealed at Wonder Festival Japan!
hmm, I think bee’s somewhat mistransformed in order to hold that pose.
Looking at the feet — I think — there’s room there to tuck them in more so that they’re a bit more compact…
The backpack does look like a jumbled mess, but a part of that may be because of pose they have them in… I’ll reserve judgement until I see more…
The head, while toon accurate does look a bit big for the body — but after looking at the animation model, that’s kinda how it was…

Lol, maybe that's what they were going for (some sort of crossover design).
