Ordered Fast Track, Smokescreen, Airwave, Sunstreaker, Runamuck and Trailbreaker back in June. Contacted them back in October and they only received Airwave and Smokescreen. Here's hoping the rest arrives soon.

ive learned that a3u is best for exclusives you cant get elsewhere like god neptune or DNA kits.
beyond that i go elsewhere and typically get things early

Yeah, I guess I'm not in the running for that recent shipment of Fast Tracks since I paid that last invoice and still haven't gotten a pickup e-mail.
They're apparently already holding my Snapdragon and Super Megatron. I may just end up canceling my Retro Doom and War Machine with them if this keeps up.

How long does it usually take for A3U to respond to emails? I sent them an email a week ago and I'm still waiting to hear anything.

I've been over a week before. They do get back to them eventually, and are usually very helpful when they do.

I find it depends on what your asking. I asked about the reissue of DX9 Gewalt and got nada back but I was able to cancel a preorder no issues.

They must be lurking because I just got a response. lol
They've always been timely and helpful with their responses before so I was getting a bit worried that my emails weren't getting through or something. It's all resolved now though.

Why is it sometimes it sounds like people are only paying for their orders when they are about to be shipped? I ordered the earth rise Nemesis prime back in September and was charged then and have been waiting ever since.

a3u offers the option at check out to either pay at shipping or right away.
its defaulted to pay now if you dont change it
a3u tends to be about 2-3 weeks behind others on shared releases. Got my nemesis from tftoys.ca, arrived today.
