How do you get to the online chat?

Ordered a third set as a gift just in case this one falls through like last time. Even mentioned in my delivery instructions I don't care if the package is damaged, delivery will not be refused.
If this order and my backup order both come through I'll post one for sale at cost so some lucky person doesn't have to deal this crap

same with me. Mine's been at halton hills for a week. no movement. It was supposed to arrive last week. Im giving it a week before complaining.
but I don't want credit. I want the figure.
This and ironhide and prowl. and the coneheads are having issues being delivered.

Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
Purolator updated again this morning saying my medics were out for delivery. Do they usually deliver on weekends?

Purolator does.
Got my Allicon delivered last evening. I didn’t know Amazon courier will deliver that late (after 8:00pm). My hunt for one is done!

Click "order related", choose an order, under "Tell Us More" select "Where's my stuff?", then select "order is late", then an "Or, talk to someone" selection will appear below.
So obvious, I know!

Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
Three-part question:
Have you had this damage/return/delivery issue with th Paradron Medics set from Amazon?
Did you order normally, or through the sneaky Backdor Wishlist method?
Where did your order originate? That is, what shows up as the first point of processing on the tracking? (Mine originated in Brownstown, MI)
Mostly curious to know if the "backdoor" method of ordering might have a correlation to the processing issues.
Also wondering if the origin point might be relevant at all. Like, where is the warehouse of stock of these items? Everyone orders at different times; Do they send them out individually, collect the orders at the end of the day...? Do they pack will the buyer's mailing label at the point of origin, or later down the line at the local facility (halton hills, for example).

I ordered by the wishlist backdoor method and I got the set last week.
It was actually shipped from somewhere in the States, did also transit through Holton Hill, and the last leg of the delivery was handled by CanadaPost.

Thanks for that I had looked all over turns out I never selected the little check box after clicking on the order and you can't see the "Tell Us More" until you do.
Sometimes I can miss the most obvious of things. Appreciate the help.
I'm supposed to hear back from a phone call about my second order today which is still at Vancouver according to the tracking info.
