I really couldn’t think of any other services! I googled several things like “21 digit tracking number”, nothing useful.
It arrived today anyway... CanPar. It’s a CanPar tracking number. I forgot they exist.
So if you get a mystery 21 digit tracking number from TRU, don’t forget to check CanPar.

This happened to me with MPM Ratchet! I actually went on the chat, she told me Purolator, then was like "Oh no, wait..." then sent me the CanPar tracking.

Oh, well that sucks. I’ve found that they have been pretty good with finding all of my tracking numbers. Sorry it didn’t work for your Canpar number.

17track is usually pretty good, but occasionally it fails. I've been using a site called Parcelsapp
( https://parcelsapp.com/en) and it seems to find a lot of tracking that other sites dont' catch. Sometimes the search takes a while so if it doesn't come up immediately, give it a minute or two.

I put in 3 orders on tru.ca recently. They all had a long tracking numbers started with D. And I could not track it on any website.

I think this is the first time it's not been able to find my tracking number. Maybe Canpar just isn't in it's database.
