Boo. Maybe I'll just get the set of 5 FOC wave 3 deluxes on BBTS... the price is fairly reasonable. I can probably wait for the Combaticons to go on clearance. But at this point I feel like the US is so far ahead of us, we're never going to get some of these figures.

...until they show up at Winners 2 years from now. But do I want to take that chance?

That new Prime Smokescreen is awesome. I'm glad I didn't shell out for the Arms Micron version.

Apparently they finally announced the Takara FOC Grimlock...hope it has some nice metallic paint

They also announced a Takara FOC Ratbat - looks like they used the Generations Scourge mold...hard to tell if they remolded the head, but I have to admit I'm liking the metallic purple and gold...

A3U has preorders up for Takara FOC Grimlock, but I don't see any difference other than $35 more for Takara. My guess is that Japanese Grimlock will be shinier?

The Ratbat head looks extremely similar to his IDW appearances back in his Senator days. He'll pose well with my Soundwave.. Yes..

He might also look good in a WFC line up as this IS his pre-war state.

At the rate we were going for 2012, i'd wager Vancouver is going to get squat for the next 2-3months. 2012 was ridiculous, Vancouver was behind by 5-6months in toys.

I just got back from my trip to Orlando, they have Beast Hunters down there, picked up my set for wave1 deluxes. Laserback is pretty nice.

Amazon.com preorder is up for the YOTS Omega Supreme. Same base price as BBTS ($99.99), but for Canadian shipping, adds $30.92 shipping and $12.35 for the duty, which makes it $143.26 US total. BBTS shipping is a little cheaper by a couple of bucks, but there's no way of knowing if you'll get hit with duty, and they don't broker it...so it's a toss up.
