Received the two different Sonic Rifles, the black and the Metallic. They come packaged as usual in a bag with a fold over printed cardback similar to all the ArtTek items.
The detail on these is phenomenal, very crisp, and very well made. They are pretty heavy, so you can tell the quality is there. This is a close up of the metallic finish one, it's still black, but you get a nice shine from the metallic flakes
Here's the black version, also in comparison to the G1 rifle, it's a lot thicker and frankly makes the original seem much more insubstantial than it. the overall length is a little shorter.
The rifle can be used with any figure with a 5mm fist port. I'm going to be using it with my Device Label Blaster, but it also is a nice fit with the G1 as well if you are missing his rifle and don't want to pay going rate for that
If you're like me and have been waiting for a gun to go with the Device label, or want a substantial gun to go with the FOC version, this is a must have.
