the ble piece is from the japanese beast wars neo archaeopteryx Archadis,...( later released here) its the piece that attaches to the wing in robot mode and is part of the feathers in dino mold, the gun may possible be from beast wars ravage /botcon tigatron?

The gun is most definitely from the same Archadis figure as the feathers!
