Free shipping "up to" $20. I almost bought at TRU. Final checkout shipping was 25 bucks, so you have to pay the five dollar difference. I'll wait til it is in store - and get a low price guarantee.

normally get would get it earlier than that. if it is up for preorder.

I don't know which toy you were buying then, it's clearly said anything above $49 is free shipping, check this screenshot I just took.
