The Hasbro CSR that took my call seemed non-plussed at having to ship out a free replacement hand.

Like he's had to do this many times.

Have a lot of you experienced this?

Perhaps their factory in Vietnam should proactively improve their QC by cracking open a window so their workers won't be so fucking high on fumes all the time.

Not bad, usually when you deal with them via mail/email you get sent a random toy instead lol.
