RID Scourge/Nemesis Prime

So, I have a chance to buy a takara RID Scourge. The price is roughly 90 bucks after shipping and exchange rate. Is that a good price? And is the figure itself a good solid figure?

Ive been eyeeing it for a while now, and still can't decided. Im a huge fan the nemesis prime side.

Anyway, can anyone tell anything about the this figure? The only info I can get is from pictures.

Thanks
Joe

Re: RID Scourge/Nemesis Prime

can i take a wild guess that you are buying it from toyarena? that is the only online retailer that i know who still has tons of stock for car robots black convoy. if so, be prepared for paying taxes and fees for customs, much like buying from bbts

at any rate, the toy is not bad for its time; note that there is no light and sound like in g2 laser prime

I order from toyarena all the time, and never been hit with customs...only from bbts.

i ordered once, via ebay, and asked them to declare at a lower value (below 60 bucks) and as a gift, and i still get danged at customs because they included a shipping invoice in the package

Re: RID Scourge/Nemesis Prime

Value is personal.... depends on your situation and I won't comment on that.

The figure itself is pretty amazing. The robot has great character and articulation. Its a good toy to play with.
The tanker is a full battle platform with lots of play value and gimmicks. Lots of small parts. Shiny! and its fun.

I picked up the RID (US version) from Kiijii for $3 incomplete and used. Missing a few disks and his sword. Totally worth it!

Thats sucks, most of the stuff I order from them is 70 plus, and yeah, no fees. I dont understand customs fees most of the time. I know Im probably paying a fee tomorrow for my other order from bbts.

The figure himself is slightly larger than a Voyager, especially a DOTM Voyager. The trailer is roughly 24 cm long from front to back, and is packed with accessories.

Re: RID Scourge/Nemesis Prime

size-wise, roughly voyager size and maybe slightly taller: here's my very unimpressive black prime display shelf along with a leader size figure and a deluxe size figure
