I hope deluxe wave 2 is put on TRU shelves tomorrow, then I can get Skids, Chromia, and Wheelie, as well as the super-awesome Inscriptor! Otherwise, I'll have to get something that I don't want at full price to make up the $35.

LOL nice job 
Just thought I would share pics of the variant...
Clearly you can see the variant has G1 esque lettering and faction symbols.
Notice the variant also has grey plastic instead of black plastic at the two axis points.

Let me get this straight, buy 35$ worth of TFs and get this thing? No matter what date you go in as long as supplies last and you spend X amount of money on Transformers you get it? Does it have to be RotF figures or is Animated and Universe included in the deal?
By the way Cobra Commander, it's Terror Drome not Terror Dome unless you're thinking Mad Maxx?

I think it's just for the sale that TЯU is currently running. My purchase was entirely RotF toys but I think any Transformers stuff will qualify.

Wasn't aware of the variant, but I sort of like the movie-style one more.
