Voys & Leaders price hike $10.

Perhaps the company records showed a majority of Transformers purchases were during active sales or coupons anyway.
So they could make more money while the discounted price would still be lower than Walmart regular prices.

Just got an e-mail from TRU saying they were unable to complete my order. I jumped on it pretty quickly so be prepared for those cancellation notices.

Yeah I got a "your items are on backorder" email right away for Snarl and Sludge, so hopefully I don't get another outright cancellation email. They were both totally available when I clicked the purchase button.

I didnt even get a backorder e-mail...just a strait cancellation.

Back order still means your items are currently not in stock.

You know, out of the Wave 2 Deluxes, Rippersnapper seems to shelfwarm compared to the others (though its relative since he is still a desired figure, it's just that people seem to want the other Deluxes in the wave a lot more than him). I did sort of wonder what the reason for that was, since Rippersnapper, unlike the others is part of an established combiner team and you'd think nostalgia for Abominus would drive people to want him to complete their gestalts. Of course, the Dinobots are far more iconic than the Terrorcons and I'd expect them to sell out too, but it doesn't really explain why there seems to be a sizeable number more Rippersnappers around than the other Deluxes, nor why he seems to be the slowest to move out of Wave 2. Seriously, if a store has Wave 2 Deluxes, chances are good they're just Rippersnappers, and you see this occurring now on the TRU website as well.
