Your main sources should be Japanese sites, $45- $70 a car when they are released. Failing that, eBay is your next cheapest. US Stores and Canadian stores are dead last, usually around $80-$110. The larger figures should run you about $120 - 150. These are all shipped prices as well.

Thanks everybody for your comments. What are some of the good Japanese website to go? I searched on a few of them (Nippon-Yasan, amiami and HLJ), they all seem to do pre-orders only, but they either sold out older ones or they are super expensive (like $250 for MP12).

Those are the ones you want for new toys. For used toys watch the for sale section here and post a wanted thread.

One of HLJ, anime-export or Nippon-Yasan has the MP10 reissue for the equivalent of $160.00 + shipping Also check Ami Ami

The key is get the ORIGINAL releases and LIMITED EDITIONS. So if you need to sell later you have a better shot. Rember MISB C8.5 or better grade is what you are looking for.

Not sure even the original G1s were good investments over the long term.
