I've been really pleased with eb since I started pre ordering through them.

Other than a somewhat confusing system for names in their system when in store, it's been a really good way to guarantee stock.

They haven't been perfect. Seems like quite a few of their Sunstreaker and Trailbreaker pre-orders from last year went unfulfilled.

Not looking to defend EB, but considering how Amazon and Walmart have been doing with availability/pre-order cancellations recently, I'd say EB remains a very valid option.

EB carrying TFs and exclusives was a true blessing.

So i sent in a compliment to my local EB on the website concerning some disappearing pre-orders and that the staff at EB despite this were amazing and tried to be as helpful as they could. Its was a great experience but i also took the opportunity to say

Transformers is seeing a resurgence for the first time in 30 years thanks to a Netflix TV show and G1 accurate (versions of characters 35+ year olds watched as kids) figures are being released for the first time and this is a great niche for EB to take as there is no currently reliable service for such items. Lack of communication with collectors with MRSP and more importantly MRSD's is a massively neglected avenue of community engagement you could expand on.

I recently got a reply with from south Alberta area manager...

I have passed on your kind words to them and have shared your experience withtheir store manager. I will also be passing on your feedback to our buyers in regards to the Transformers Collectables.

So hopefully they can be the go to place for transformers for us Canadians.
