That wasn't really my point but anyway there's a lot of questions about the subject. And hasbro should give us some real answers about that. I don't really think it's a cost matter, if it was, they would probably made unique pakaging for all America including US.
Now the question is: why hasbro change that since Cybertron. At the time all was include (bio + tech spec + alt/robot mode + features descritions). Same thing For the actual Rise of Cobra line for the upcoming GIJOE movie.
