Re: Problems with Rippersnapper

Mine does that too. Just haven't had time to fix it either

Re: Problems with Rippersnapper

Holy fuck. I just bought my second Rippersnapper and was having issues so I looked this up...

"Wait, my pegs are super SHORT. What..."

FUCK. It looks like I got a RETURNED Rippersnapper somebody attempted to fix and shaved the pegs *too* short. They look like they've been exacto'd! Goddammit! =D

The Generations Arcee was from Big Bad Toy Store. They refused a return and since she is hard to get cheap I sucked it up and fixed it. Considering the available tools it isn't too bad.

The Slog was a Flea Market find from another collector so not able to return that either.

These things are expensive so I have no issue doing an exchange when needed. My MPM Bumblebee had a misaligned pin in his roof preventing Transformation so he definitely got a swap. My Six Shot had a backwards leg part but we didn't see much of him locally so that one I had to fix.

Re: Problems with Rippersnapper

This happened to mine too.

Be wary of shortening the pegs too much. It's safer to shorten the pegs a bit and deepen the groove in the lower leg.
