Kijiji sellers gone wild - "reissue Dinobots"

OK.. so two things wrong with this posting

- the price
- the "reissue part"

You have to wonder - obviously the seller is targeting the high end collector, but what collector would buy these things given the aforementioned issues?

$1500 for the set? LOL! I got the set for something like $100 shipped years ago from China, and the quality was awful. Sold them back right away.

The guy also wants $180 for a re-issue Prime, $350 for Re-issue Devastator, and $40 for an incomplete prime helmet from the movies.

Thats one of the worst / funniest scams Ive ever seen. I got a set of them years ago for like $100 or so. Quality was good enough for display.

It's too bad there's no way to warn off potential buyers who might not know any better.

Additionally, it's possible, though not likely, that the seller doesn't know any better himself. Even if they were legit, there's no way ANY reissue is worth $300! And to email him and tell him that he's selling knock-offs is frowned upon.

Unfortunately, there are many people identifying these knock-offs as re-issues these days. They figure if they use the term enough times, people will find it acceptable. I see this even in our own B/S/T forums.
