Transformable BTR Energon Optimus Prime
Took the Built To Rule Energon Optimus Prime set I got today and tried to make it transformable without bricks-swapping. Result:

They were on the right path with the BTR Energon sets and their better joints and flip out fists and head. Too bad it got cancelled.
