OK, WTF? I don't know if this is extremely stupid or extremely awesome. Neat idea in concept. If he was in all translucent plastic instead of melted crayons and didn't have that dumb knight logo, he'd be a decent standalone exclusive. So I guess that makes it a dumb exclusive in my book.
I really hate how they do these nonsensical sets. No real theme to speak of, just random repaints thrown together. So bad, so really bad, and some OK. Ginrai and Scorponok clearly could have been a part of a Japanese themed set. Especially if they did a Black Zarak repaint as an attendee exclusive and maybe a Overlord from Blitzwing. And the other 3 could have been a "fiction-only characters" themed set. And yes, Cannonball previously had a toy, but really his coolness came from his bio.
Edit: Oh, I forgot to mention, you know what would make me want to buy this crappy repaint(seriously, CHMS could do a better job)? Get a third party like Renderform to make a Wheelie inspired head for him. Wheelimus Prime! Maybe even have FansProject repaint their trailer one last time. You can set up like a whole evolution of Wheelie too. You got your Legends Wheelie, who got upgraded into GDO Wheelie, who then got upgraded into BotCon (Ginrai) Wheelie.
