Pricing TFs for Sale

I am new to selling TFs but have some to sell. I have been researching prices online and have not been able to answer my question.

MIB defined as box open, toy appears unused vs. MISB defined as never opened. Can anyone offer an opinion as to percentage difference in price for deluxe, voyages and leader class figures i.e., MISB vs MIB?

sometimes MIB (mint in box) means the toy is used but is mint or neat mint condition, sometimes its displayed only and barely transformed or well taken care of

i'd say as a really rough first impression/reaction, MIB would be around 80-85% of MISB (so if u sell a MISB figure for $100, and u have a MIB of the same figure, i would price it at $80-85) but really depends on the figure itself and excellent the toy and packaging condition is so there are other factors to consider too
