The thing is, unless the plastic comes apart entirely how would you even know if a crack forms on an opaque plastic part? It would have to reach the surface to be visible at all and even then you'd have to look very closely to see it, and it could easily be confused for a seam line. Same with stress marks; they're much easier to see on clear parts.

One is SS ROTB Scourge, on one of the hinge of the roof part. A fissure across top to bottom. Right out of the box.

Fair enough. I've been selective with the figures I buy (mostly Generations & MP) so maybe I haven't been experiencing figures that may be prone to breakage with clear plastic.

So a bit off-tangent, but I checked my SS86 Jazz today and he seems to be okay. I did not notice any obvious cracking on the panels or at the hinges, besides molding striations on the back clear piece (either side along the top of the rear windows). He has also been standing stoically for a (few) year(s) though.

I hope they stagger these releases slightly, cause that's a lot of money

I thought april 1st Autobot 5 pack was an April Fools Joke. But I found another store that claims they have the 5 pack in stock right now.

I ordered through Pulse which had a July 1 release date. I wonder if that will change?
