They all transform, you can check on the happy meal site. I find that Starscream's alt mode looks like a folded up robot. BB reminds me of the minibot G1 BB.

Got Optimus and Megatron today at McDonald's in Laval Quebec... Also saw them at a Walmart McDonald's counter...

So far Optimus and Megatron seems to be the only ones available. They all transform and I have to say that for a free (or 2$) toy made for 3 years old kids they are pretty damn cool, a lot better then what I saw in the past for the movie for example (got to remember this when doing a review guys, these aren't made for adult kids loll...) They are really safe and sturdy, kids will love them for sure! Still, the plastic and painting are really nice and good enough to get displayed in any collection!!

Good look finding all 6 of them before this ends....

i got starscream, megatron, prime, bumblebee today. mc donalds in b-town on queen st./ derry and gore. different locations with different prod.

Also got Starscream and Bumblebee in ville st-Laurent/Montreal today... Bumble Transformation is realy cool and G1 style also, Starscream is just a nice robot mode figure since he doesn't really look great in "Jet" mode.
Two left to find now...
