Re: Ages Three And Up - Product and PreOrder Updates

Have things gotten better/worse for people?

Waiting over a month for a refund...
2 tickets in the system for orders I asked to cancel, that they are sending me invoices for...
and an invoice I paid in full but shows partially paid, and thus isn't shipping out.

Stalwart for several years now, but I'm getting twitchy

I?m a long time customer too. Shipping and stuff has been fine. My MP crosscut delivered just fine and on time. I don?t feel any worry for pre orders.

Responding to tickets has been random in speed. I found it was getting better from the really bad times, but a couple took awhile a few months ago. I was in no hurry for that email though. A recent email was answered the next day too.

If I ever feel I want an answer quickly I phone them. Which has been a convenient option and they?ve always been good. I?d recommend you do that.

They gave really good customer support for a manufacturers defective MP Thundercracker earlier this year. That stands out because I remember being worried if I?d get it and skywarp in time to send the flaps to Japan to get the coronation add on. Which I did which was also good.

You?re lucky on the mp crosscut. They had a supply issue on that one so limited numbers shipped out

Ohhh... I'm still waiting for my Crosscut from them.
I suppose that is holding up my other items in my order.

Yeah. Orders won't ship until everything is in stock. I've had orders sit for quite a few months before because the in stock dates were very different. I knew that when I made the orders.

But they all arrived fine and dandy in the end.

Re: Ages Three And Up - Product and PreOrder Updates

I've found things for my pre-orders tend to trickle out over time. I pick up in store, so I can get my things as they come out. Over the years, I've never had an issue where I did not get the item I ordered. So, I just sit back and wait for them to invoice me.

Re: Ages Three And Up - Product and PreOrder Updates

Remember they send staff to the conventions and events that have been starting up again which means less staff in the store/warehouse to get other things done.

I also confirm what others have said:
1. Never had an issue getting my orders in the end (I've heard a story where they had to pay go to like BBTS to get an order fulfilled because the distributor shorted them); and

2. If it's something you need done urgently, give them a call. Weekdays during store hours are probably the best time to get through.

Yes, I have never had issues with receiving items... just the waiting, which is expected. I figure they should have had Crosscut in already, but was unaware that they only had a partial shipment.

I am wholly happy with A3U's service.
