My pre-order Smokescreen which I ordered on sale way back when for $22.99 never shipped out when I called in today to check on it they said sorry your order is cancelled you will be refunded.
That was a let down as I live pretty far north and rarely see figures in the store. Again like Amazon I don't mind waiting longer for figures but to have no notification that an order is cancelled and to have it cancelled... it sucks.
