Quick Henki Question

Were Henki boxes sealed with tape around the bubble from the factory?

Almost all Japanese blister is the slide on plastic with the tape.

It looks severly resealed. It looks like it's done with parcel tape, it's peeling in a few places, and it isn't very even.

No it was the factory drones not giving half a shit. I've had at least 3 of the 10 Henkei's I have like that.

I'm fairly sure it's factory because there's only one layer. Good to know. Unfortunate because I was going to keep it closed and sell it, but anyone I sell it to is going to assume I retaped it :P
