YEAH THEY DID NOT CANCEL IT! TRU does this bullshit all the time they charge you full amount then refund it a week later then when it ships they charge you a second time. They love earning that double interest off your money that and if your TD the love lending it out. 100% unless you got an email from TRU saying they cancelled it which is pretty unlikely your fine!

i can't even cancel my order online, the cancel order option isn't available. I wanted to cancel and re-order to add Rewind. Since i can't cancel, i will leave it as is.

I called CS and they refunded the hold, just as someone else had suggested had happened.

Try another browser. For me Cancel does not show in Firefox but appears OK in Chrome.
