Called in as well for my galvy and wheelie order. CSR said I'd get a refund for the 25% as she'll put in a request. As first, I thought I'd get declined as both galvatron and wheelie are gone from the website. Although, she said she couldn't alter price of order.

Was a bit confused as it was a pre-order. So I assume once I get billed, I'd get the refund? Others experience the same? Thanks OP for the heads up.

Yeah I was already billed though it could be an authorization but in past experiences what will happen is they will take the money when it ships then within 48 hours of that you should see your refund and if not just contact them through email and reference the order and ference number. Once you have the written consent of price match your golden. Whatever process they use you can call if you dont get your refund and be like hey heres my email WTF.

I managed to get the two deluxes I ordered price matched, though the CSR wouldn't do Galvatron and Wheelie (as they weren't listed on the site). Since they were already a great price, I wasn't going to complain.

I also then ordered PMOP and Rewind. My wife is gonna kill me next month. Ha ha ha!

Email back man I got my entire order 30% off regardless of sku or name. As long as my order items had transformers in the title and were less then 59.99$ they are required to refund you. Definately email back I know you got a good deal but still your entitled to a better one by their own policy. I spoke in store and online and both said the same thing. You will get the discount!

I had a successful price match on my preorder from last weekend too. Like another commenter said, my credit card will be charged for the full price, but then I'll get a refund for the 25% discount. My preorder included Galvatron and Wheelie, and the discount is being applied to them. +1 point for TRU customer service today!
