TFcon Weekend Package Auction in support of Make-A-Wish Canada
TFcon is happy to announce once again that we will be holding an auction for a weekend package for TFcon 2013. The package includes a 2 night stay in the Delta Meadowvale Hotel and Conference Center, Breakfast both days of your stay and a TFcon 2013 Vip Pass which includes admission for the entire weekend as well as both TFcon exclusive figures - Roswell and Vanguardian by I-gear toys.
The package will be auctioned off on Cybertron.ca from July 19th,2013 at 6:00 p.m. to July 24th at 10:00 p.m.
How bidding will work is as follows
1) You must be a registered member of Cybertron.ca
2) Bids will be accepted in the forms of posts in the auction thread - Please place your bid in the form of a reply (Please note, your bid must be higher than the bid previously posted in order to count.
3) Bidding will end at 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday July 24th there will be a "5 minute remaining" post made to remind everyone, and when there has been a post "AUCTION HAS CLOSED" by a Cybertron.ca Super Moderator the last post with the highest bid will be the winner.
4) Winner must pick up and pay for their package on Friday July 26 during registration hours - Winner will be contacted via private message with further details on how to coordinate this.
5) The winning bid must be paid in cash on pick up. Sorry we are not able to accommodate other payment methods at this time.
6) If the winner fails to pick up their package on Friday night, the weekend stay package. will be auctioned off live during the opening ceremony of TFcon.
