Me too  but at those number of pieces easily in the $200+ range, just wait for a sale in about 2-3 months after release.

OMG that is awesome! Easily a $250-300 item in Canada I bet. Too bad it didn't come with Santa's Little Helper and Snowball. Damn, this might cut into me Masterpiece budget lol

A SIMPSONS SET!!! man i havent bought any lego in a long time unless you count the kre-o stuff but even then most of those i never built. but man this i WANT!!
when is it out or where can you buy it? and ya i bet its stupid expensive like most lego sets.

Usually sets of this size are only available at official LEGO stores or at Lego.com, however, TRU sometimes carries these bigger sets in stock, usually wrapped up tight in security wire. But of course TRU LEGO prices are often jacked up above MSRP.

My guess is shortly after the LEGO Movie has debut or 2-3 months.

Seeing that the Tower or Orthac is $249CAN and has 2359 pieces I would imagine that would be close.
