Re: ShelfLife Beta Test Announcement: Very Exciting Stuff
Any guidelines or tips on where to get photos to use in curating? I don't plan to steal other people's work, but what about Hasbro's publicly available marketing pics of the packaged figures?

PM me if you're interested in working out a trade!

Re: ShelfLife Beta Test Announcement: Very Exciting Stuff
Thanks Nick! I missed that post. James doesn't directly address getting photos from Hasbro (their marketing/publicity photos) so I'm not sure on that one.
I think I'll just take my own photos as I have most of ROTF. Only problem is that I custom paint upgrade all my figures so they won't look "retail accurate". Hmmmm....

Not sure if this is a Firefox issue but when I click "Collect" from the home page, nothing happens.

Looks like a broader bug. It should be showing you your current collection at the highest level. Will get that on the fix list.

We're confident that it's safe to grab photos from online retails, including HasbroToyShop.com . If we find out that this isn't ok, we'll tell everyone. But for now, it should be cool.

Photos of products with custom paint jobs are tricky, because others will assume that's what the product actually looks like. We don't have the ability to mark a photo as being custom, so could you delay posting those customs for now, please?
Thanks!

Thanks for reporting that. I'll fix it tonight. In the meantime, if you go to any catalog and click "Collect", it'll work as expected.

Will refrain from posting any customs - I should be fine getting photos from retailers and Hasbro themselves.

Re: ShelfLife Beta Test Announcement: Very Exciting Stuff
After you enter in the details of what you own and are taken back to the catalog page, is it possible to show the "Have" logo on the toy picture you just entered without having to hit refresh? It's a minor issue but just thought I'd ask.
Also not sure if it's already taken but can I be a curator for the Henkei catalog?

Henkei is yours.
And we'll take a look at the Have graphic request. Makes sense.
