I think the reason he's upset is because people were buying Cromar AT TRU then all of a sudden a street date gets slapped on the figures that was NOT there before (a friend of mine works TRU and he said this hard street date just appeared and there was NOTHING on the shipping boxes stating that). Also, he is probably more pissed off with the higher ups working in head office making boneheaded decisions than the people at the local store.

Was talking about this kind of thing with the manager at my local EBGames today. She told me that if there is a hard street date added and it gets broken. The store could lose out on future products from the manufacturer. So yeah it sucks that street date got added after some of them were sold. But I can understand the store not wanting to get in shit by selling more after the street date came up.
Oct. 4th lines up with Toy Fair, so that is probably when he was going to be revealed officially.

I went to pick mine up at the TRU in Pickering as they had about 2 dozen, I got 2 then the store manager comes by and pulls all the rest saying that they're being sent back to their warehouse so that they can be sold online because there's no picture of the figure on the box. Don't know if this is happening at other stores but that's what happened in Pickering so they have none left.
Also, apparently EB Games stores are getting in Cromar along with their other 2 exclusives Zetar + Nightbird plus Hot Shot - the recolor of Hound. It's all so crazy!

Yeah. My local EBGames had Cromar and Hot shot set aside for me. Wasn't expecting them to get them in. They had just come in today and they were like "Hey. You want these?". I'm like thier main Transformers customer. Lol
