Re: Zeta ZV-02 Core Star (Unicron)

Good for Hasbro in protecting their IP. Why wouldn't they?

Don't believe the fake news of them busting WeiJiang, Toyworld and Black Mamba.
Bandai did busted KO Gundam kits in China, and the Chinese government did openly closed down productions and trashed a bunch of KO kits... for a while. And sales have gone somewhat underground. Things are not as vibrant and active as what it used to be. The totalitarian Chinese government do not want to piss off the Japanese too much.

I believe we may still be able to get this from Chinese sites sooner or later after things quiet down. But don’t count on any US/Canada resellers. Other 3P should be fine unless someone pulls something like this. Zeta should have just sticked to making the promised not-Raiden MP class combiner and not tried to compete with HasLab.

Zeta used social media platforms like Youtube, Facebook and others to announce to the world that they were making a "Unicorn". Hasbro noticed this and silenced them by making them remove all their content on Youtube and posts on Facebook. I never said this was a free speech issue.

Nah, I meant the other guy accusing Hasbro of trying to silence Zeta was acting like it was a free speech issue.

Re: Zeta ZV-02 Core Star (Unicron)

Zeta will get made, it's only a matter of time. Hasbro isn't protecting their IP, just their profit margin since people were "un" backing Haslabacron because Zeta posted new images of Zetacron. It has only been removed from Western Media which is fine. Everyone will still got the bot they want so long as Haslabacron gets backed

Prove it. Not the removal, but the part that is was at the request of Hasbro.

I agree that zeta may have been brash with their fanstoys style reveal but its also funny that hastak loyalists are throwing a parade because a video got taken down

Is that good enough:

It clearly says "due to a copyright claim by Hasbro".
