Ebay is crazy. why not showing these messages within the listing or after bidding?
If it wants the buyers be aware of something, saying it in front! not in the middle of bidding. Even though it is cheaper way for them to show the warning messages, still, stupid move by Ebay.

Even if i am trying to ninja bid like right at the last second, i try and put in my max amount that im willing to pay... worse case scenario i dont win it.... but at least i forced the guy who DID win it to have to pay more money XD

Well, that's kind of what happened anyway... Price went from $40 to $100+ with my last second bid.
And TFToys is right, that message should be included in the listing, no during the bidding process.
