Transformers Prime First edition Optimus and First edition Bulkhead..... I keep getting so close and then they slip through my fingers. People either want too much $$ or just miss out. Also Mp22 Ultra Magnus... altho I shall hopefully be catching that white whale end of the month!!!

I actually think I have all my white whales or have them coming. Green Giant and now CW Dev and with Titans Trypticons, I'm actually all set. Plus I got ThreeA's Metal Gear Rex and Ray.
I guess IF I had to pick something I wish I had gotten back when, maybe Takara's BW Ravage (cheetor redeco/remold) maybe that, but I haven't thought about it in years till now and not really a "need" anymore.

For me, it's G1 Minerva. The going rate for an original copy is unattainable for me (over $1,000). My biggest regret is that a member on these forums once had the Korean KO version for sale, and I didn't know enough to jump on it before he'd sold it to someone else.

Serious answer was TM2 Blackarachnia. But found her at a reasonable price a few years back.

Not really wanting for anything except maybe the foreign release/prototype of the Mighty Orbots. But that's pie in the sky.

Though, I do wish they'd do a modern version. But not much demand for characters who only had a six episode tv series
