On the TFW2005 boards, there are a plenty of complaining that Star Saber should be the one to be picked instead of OP. At the end of the day, I think the poll is not about absolutes like will they make it or not but rather when. The poll never said anything about making only one figure, they just asked what the fandom wanted to see more as a toy. Hasbro could still very well make any one of those characters off that poll.
I think if Star Saber came close enough in the polls, it wouldn't be too much to adapt one of the leader molds to get a Star Saber.

I prefer Optimal over StarSaber, after all we have the MP StarSaber recently while there is no new mold for Optimal in the past decade.
