How is that even possible? Was the Brave stuff sold in Canada?

That is a MAD find

my childhood buddy, his older brother had bins of TFs, and among them were a number of the Euro and/or G2 figs
Thunderclash, Skyquake, etc

At the time i didn't know better, but upon reflection, how tf did they ever get copies of those? Were those figures ever sold in Can/US?

Well, as someone that had (Rotor)Storm as a kid, the Turbomasters were indeed sold in Canada, though not in the US. I presume that the Decepticon counterparts (whose group name escapes me at the moment) were available, too.

Its a weird find for sure. I've been researching, I don't think its a KO.

I have found a Brave Sixshot before as well. By before, I mean like 2008. Not sure if it was a KO or legit.

I found a near-mint Beast Wars Rampage missing one crab leg and one missile for $6. I found a replacement leg at a local toy store and sold it to the happiest guy on Kijiji for a bargain.

Recently found an Earthrise Arcee (no backpack), Fall of Cybertron Bumblebee (no legs), Earthrise Optimus (no head and missing an arm; that one hurt!), PotP Slug (missing a leg), and a bag of Power Core combiner parts at Value Village. Picked up a couple of them.
