MP-06 looks good but Megatron is far more important character. MP-05 all the way.

mp06 is no longer in production,
there are no signs of a possible restock.
if you are planning to get two or all three,
mp06 will be the more difficult to get.
mp05 just completed a second run,
with plenty warehouse stock available.
mp03 g1 colors is widely available in north america,
and was just released in japan.

MP06 is an online shelfwarmer (especially on eBay stores).
MP03 (anime) is NOT widely available in North America.

Depends what you want, but within time, you will be able to get the better colored ANIME Starscream (walmart) cheaper down the line
