Pre-ordered Metroplex on July 30th (used the 'Thyme15' code for $15 off).

Pre-ordered MP Soundwave on August 5th (e-mailed to have the 25% off Hasbro code added because the website would not accept it during original checkout, and was approved by management afterwards...wll have to see if I get the refund as promised).

...I JUST received the 'SHIPPED' e-mails for both toys, with Tracking numbers!! I'm pumped!!

Both e-mails hit my inbox at the same time, 4:44pm ET, 5:44pm Atlantic here in Nova Scotia

Both sellers and buyers can leave feedback in the appropriate threads (usually each member has a thread that other members post feedback to, if a member does not have a thread, any member can create a thread for them (follow the format seen in that section of the site)).

As for Soundwave, I got an email this morning that my first order has been confirmed and is "in stock". No shipping email yet. This order was placed on Aug. 7/13.

My other order that also included Acid Storm was done during the 25% off sale is still "awaiting stock" for Soundwave, however Acid Storm has already shipped.

I'm hoping that that Soundwave order does go through since, well, it's 25% off. But I'll just have to wait and see.

*edit: Btw, both are not for me. 1 is for a local board member.

I'm so lost in all this.

I order 3 soundwaves, all at different times. First time was when it was first available for pre-order (Aug 5) but I applied the Babyrus $10 off discount, second one on Aug 22 at regular price along with AS and third was during the 25% off sale also along w/ AS.

As of right now I have received both AS. I JUST got an email that my SW has just been shipped, however this is the regular priced order as thats what I have been charged (this is my Aug 22 order). So this leave me with two other orders (one priced at $10 off Aug 5 and the other 25% off Aug 25) that have not been confirmed. Funny thing is, as of now, the "status" of my remaining two orders for says "items located" or sth like that.

So what is happening w/ my other two orders (one that was purchased before the one that JUST shipped and the other being after)?
