Re: TFCON 2014
Personally, I'd like it if TFCon was the weekend before the last weekend of July(when it usually is). Just because that always seems to be a busy weekend for me.

Re: TFCON 2014
As long as it isn't the second or first week of July. That is a really busy week every month at my work and I won't be able to book time off to come if it is. I'd say the third week or anything after.

Can't wait for CobraCommander to get to that stage. Sounds like we have a taker. I can only imagine the bridal registry...

Re: TFCON 2014
July 19th or August 9th. Maybe the August long weekend but it may be tough for me to get the Friday off.

Re: TFCON 2014
I'd rather go with July 19th instead. I think having TFCon on a long weekend may have good and bad repercussions. Good because fans planning on going will probably have an easier time getting off work. While walk-in people who just go casually when there's nothing to else to do may be more inclined to go up to the cottage or something instead. Any true fans would have their plans set months and months in advance. Best not try to lose the casuals.

Re: TFCON 2014
I think they did it on a long weekend unintentionally in 2011. I thought in the organizers panel they were going to avoid that in the future...

It was never unintentional, but rather experimental. The organizers have found long weekends typically mean fewer people can make it overall.
