Re: BC Community Thread For Non-Sightings Chat
Aside from select FP items, I think I'm out of the 3rd Party game. MMC's Predaking looks amazing, but I just can't drop $600 on a combiner. I could get a much needed new computer or a ghetto-ass car for that much. XD

Re: BC Community Thread For Non-Sightings Chat
Lucky you! I just love the aesthetics of not-Predaking. I've grown into this Neo-G1 or G3 style that I have to get them. SUCKS.
I tend to fantasize the things I could get if I sold my entire Transformers collection right now. I do need a new computer as well...

Re: BC Community Thread For Non-Sightings Chat
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the look of that Predaking. But I really can't justify spending that much and I don't really have room for it, especially if it's as big as Hercules.
I've considered a mass sell-off of at least part of my collection as well but it's just not worth it. I'd get far less than the figures are worth, a few hundred at best for a bunch of non-MP figures. I also know after all the time and effort I've spent collecting, I'd regret selling them in the end. Better to just cut back on buying new stuff, I think.

Re: BC Community Thread For Non-Sightings Chat
Oh! Sorry, I didn't mean to sound like I was assuming you didn't like it. It's just that I love the aesthetics of this new stuff that regardless of price I will end up buying it. But yeah, if I had other expenses I doubt I would be this much hardcore into the hobby. I totally get what you mean, man.
And yeah, after what all the time, money, and effort spent on it, I always regret the idea of having to part with it. I have cut down on buying and I think that's good the part of Transformers is that you can never have enough to get them all so you sorta learn which ones you decide to collect and buy and which ones to not.
Cool stuff. XP

Oh, I understand now. Yeah, money's always an issue for me. Too bad I didn't figure out what I wanted to do with my life while I was still in high school. Now it's too late to get that high-paying dream job. I still don't know what it would be.

Yep, I've definitely learned to pick & choose over the years. I only wish I'd figured it out sooner so I didn't spend so much early on.
