Doritos Cool Ranch: WTF??

Last week, I saw and bought my first bag of Doritos Cool Ranch in like 20 years (no kidding). Somehow, that flavor got retired in Quebec back then but apparently kept being sold elsewhere in the country. Anyway, imagine how happy I was when I found out my favorite flavor was finally back. Hurray! Heck, I even brought back some bags from BC back in December.

So, I went back to buy another bag tonight: ALL GONE! They have no idea if they will restock them. Was it an error? A test? Regardless, I'm pissed. And starving.

Yup! Turns out that various chip flavour availability does indeed vary region by region.
In the US they don't really have ketchup chips, and where they do it is completely different from ours.

i hear you on the cool ranch pascal.
only on the west side here it was old dutch "mexican chili" flavor.
as a teen,that was one of my most fav flavors,then it dissappeared for years,only resurfacing in the last couple of years.

You want a crazy chip flavour....down side...only available certain times of the year and in individual smaller bags?

Lay's Roast Chicken....it's like "OMG THESE CHIPS TASTE LIKE STUFFING"....so fucking good....if you ever see them in front of you I highly suggest trying them. I know they have them in Quebec too as that's where I first had them years ago.

For weird-o flavors, I would suggest cheeseburger. Surprisingly good, but like GMfan said you only get the crazy crap in little bags.
