Yup that's what I thought too. How LOL it would be if JJ decides to make the new Star Wars movies more like the old Star Trek movies

I'm a bit relieved about the EU being decanonized, as 90% was absolute garbage. Though its sad to see so many years of different book/comic series go to waste.

So I guess the only canon stuff are the movies and the two cartoon series; Clone wars and Rebels. Hopefully Rebels is as good as it's predecessor and let's hope they actually air the episodes in the right order this time around.

There have been multiple versions of Transformers, GIJoe and TMNT. Why can't there be different versions of Star Wars now?
