I actually got my Aug 25 order already 2 weeks ago. However, mine came damaged as shown. I called TRU CS and they said they can't do anything as it is sold out and they didn't see any coming (conversation on Sun Sep 29). Surprise surprise!!! Now I can buy this again and refund the damaged one (as originally suggested by the TRU CS anyway).
More on that... the TRU CS told me to contact Hasbro Canada and I did. Hasbro said they would exchange it for me so I was going to mail it back to them but now I don't need to.
I also contacted Hasbro USA (it was done before I contacted Hasbro Canada). They said they can't exchange it for me as it is a store exclusive item so they don't have stock. They will offer a full refund on my item, which is kinna ridiculous as I could just do the same thing by walking to a local TRU. Funny how Hasbro USA don't have them in their warehouse but Hasbro Canada has. Anyway... thanks again for the link.
