That is super unfortunate. I never personally dug him at a voyager size so never bought it and kept my deluxe, but I did have one in hand that a buddy bought and his Scorn was pretty solid and smooth. I don't know if he was lucky or you got a lemon. Maybe not exchange it for another, but maybe you could replace it (?) maybe not with potp Starscream though lol.
