A great individual! He went out of his way to pick up a couple of voyager sized figures that were on sale for me and shipped them my way. Great communication and very friendly to work with. A great experience.

Ian is a true collector, helping me get my last needed Universe, Voyager Inferno, and on sale too! He didn't overcharge, and took the time to open and then carefully package the item.
I owe him. BIGTIME!
