They also only charge the actual shipping cost so you can be confident in not being over charged - Automaton is my choice for this but if you go with a US seller I would be wary of BBTS and stick with TFSource in my opinion and from past experiences.

Hmmm interesting, maybe ill change for automaton. I actually only bought small thing with bbts, never something like the fortmax price.

Yeah, custom fees from BBTS aren't always a certain thing. I've ordered from them a lot in the past and I'd say I was hit with fees maybe half the time? Probably less. Might have to do with the amount declared or something.

...This damn custom fees system is so random and unexplained to customers. I hate that more than paying the fees themselves I think.

The only times I ever got to pay custom fee for stuff from Japan is when I went with express shipping. Now I always get it shipped SAL and just be patient.

Now that I only ship at the cheapest price range I just never get hit with custom fees.
