HLJ question

So i've wandered into the anime world and found that this site has alot of things i'm looking for. Now some of the old gundam kits are like $10 bucks US but i was wondering what that would come out to with shipping? I'm afraid to go through with the purchase or give them my email addy before i know how much i'm looking at. I figure it's gonna cost alot due to being overseas and all but maybe if i buy in bulk maybe i could save? And on a side note out of curiousity are they any good to deal with?

Opps forgot to ask if anyone knows a closer online site that may be better like a store based in the states or here in canada

Re: HLJ question

HLJ is awesome, some would say a lil pricey at times. But awesome to deal with none the less.
As for shipping on any product page on HLJ you'll see 3 shipping options (Fedex, SAL, & EMS), scroll over top of any one & it will give you an estimate of what the shipping for that item should be.
Keep in mind SAL will take the longest as it's Surface mail & depends on room on the ships. EMS is a really good bet, if your ordering more then 2 items & is pretty quick.
I've never used Fedex from HLJ.

hope that helps

Re: HLJ question

Only once & I think, I lucked out cuz it only took about a week until it was back in stock with them. But as the site says, it can take 4 to 6 weeks (if not more sometimes)
HLJ is very good about stuff like that. If they don't think they can get anymore past a certain amount. They put an order stop on it.

Re: HLJ question

Backordered items can take up to 4-6 weeks. If you have one on backorder, hlj will send you an email when it has been close to the 6 week mark letting you know if there is any chance of getting more in. It all depends on manufacturer stock.

Another great site is amiami's English site. Prices can be better. Shipping is similar.
