I said I would take pics for comparison. Not very good comparisons.. But really the only real major difference is the lighter blue as well as tampographs. Note, Takara Whirl lacks the red stripe around his propellers.

Technically, they both lack the red stripe. The Hasbro one just gives you the decals to fix that.

I really do.
Although, Superion not my favourite among the combiners and never owned the G1 version, it holds a special place in my childhood. Superion was the first one combiner I played with as a kid.
