Re: losing interest

I am not leaving, just that my interest is not as it used. I am sure it will pick up as soon the new cartoon airs and the TF5 starts production.

Join the third party experience. A lot of cool stuff is always being released or sneak peaked. Or go on a G1 hunt for some vintage goodies.

Re: losing interest

For me its not so much losing interest as it is frustration.

Every store I go to is either bare or still clogged with AOE crap; pissed that the last Generations wave isn't showing up, and it seems like everyone else but me is finding CW stuff!
I know I just have to be patient with the CW stuff, but it just adds to my frustration that the Americans have been carrying on about it, and the new RID stuff since last month.

Re: losing interest

Enjoy Classics Prowl. Kept it for you long enough. 3 years I think? LOL

Hopefully you get back your taste for TFs again with a closer toy to G1.

Nice to finally meet you.

Thanks for the Classics Prowl, he looks epic!!! Yeah with this classic figure, definitely I will get my taste for TF back. Although, I had a bit of problems transforming him as his doors kept popping out LOL

Nice to finally meet you too

Now Optimus has 2 second in command Prowl and Magnus lol

I know your pain. 2 weeks in a row, I've gone to TRU to pick up a Silverbolt. I get there and nothing. An hour later, somebody posts on our local FB group about how they scored the entire wave. I hate being lied to.

Re: losing interest

It just dawned on me it's been years since I've picked up any Transformers from a brick & motar store.

All my G1's (vintage, reissue, KO's etc.) and MP's (including 3P) were acquired through specialty stores on-line or through meetups.

If your disenchantment is based on what's on the shelves and the TV screen then I completely understand. It's pretty bleak.

Re: losing interest

Classics combiners should get that Transformers hunter/collector blood pumping.

Feels like I traveled back in time bringing along with me modern articulation.

Wow.

You should order those online instead Ironwave.

Re: losing interest

Is there a Classics Megatron or Galvatron?

My lineup:

Autobots:
Optimus Prime
Ultra Magnus
Prowl
Ironhide
Kup
Wheeljack
Ratchet
Bulkhead
(The Autobots look bad ass)

Decepticons/Predacons:
Predaking
Verterbeak
Starscream
Soundwave
Thundercracker
Steeljaw
(They need a leader and a second in command)
